Note :

1.   University reserves the right not to fill up any/all posts.

2.   University reserves the right to evolve uniform and reasonable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates, if needed.

3.   Reservation will be made as per roster and policy of the Government of Rajasthan/University.

4.   Attested copies of all relevant documents must be enclosed along with the applications form including experience/published work etc.

5.   Incomplete application form in any respect and received after the last date will not be entertained.

6.   Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel. Retired employees need not to apply.

7.   Selected candidates will be given appointment on probation for two years and salary will be payable as per State Govt./University rules.

8.   Self assessed score for academic performance indicators (APIs) (for the post of Director Research only) will be determined as prescribed by UGC Regulations, 2010 published in the Gazette of India dated 30.06.2010.

Application form with qualifications and other terms and conditions can be downloaded from University website www.mgsubikaner.ac.in. A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) in favour of Comptroller, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (payable at Bikaner) as prescribed fee (Non refundable) should be enclosed with the application form. For non-residents of State of Rajasthan, irrespective of reservation category, application fee is Rs. 500/-
